Stortino is a small salami weighing less than 300g that is traditionally consumed in the lower Veronese area. Excellent with fresh bread or toasted polenta. There is also a version of the same salami preserved under "unto" (pork lard).
Average size approx. 0.2 kg. Average maturation 1 month.
